Meg Landfried is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Behavior at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She serves as the MPH Practicum Director, overseeing experiential education components of the Gillings MPH program. Her roles include directing the practicum program, teaching SPHG 703/707 courses, and overseeing the Capstone experience for Health Behavior and EQUITY MPH students.
Education: MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from UNC Chapel Hill (2008).
Research Interests: Focuses on community partnerships, critical service-learning pedagogy, and promoting health equity through collaborative community engagement. Her work emphasizes applied practice and reflection to cultivate public health leaders.
