Meg Crofoot

Meg Crofoot is a Professor at the University of Konstanz and Director of the Department for the Ecology of Animal Societies at the Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior. She previously held roles as a Professor at the University of California, Davis, a lecturer at Princeton University, and a research fellow at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute. Her research focuses on the evolution of social complexity in animal societies, leveraging GPS technology and remote sensing to study group dynamics in primates and other species.
