Dr. Meeko Oishi is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Mexico. She holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University (2004) with a minor in Electrical Engineering, and undergraduate degrees from Princeton University (BS, 1998). Her research focuses on ensuring safety in autonomous cyber-physical systems through stochastic reachability analysis, human-in-the-loop control, and probabilistic methods. Key areas include human-centric system design, motor control in Parkinson's disease, and resilient autonomous systems.
