Dr. Mduduzi Mashabane is a Physician Scientist and Academic Head of Division of Nephrology at the School of Clinical Medicine, University of the Witwatersrand. He is affiliated with Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital and holds qualifications including an MB BCh from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Fellowship of the College of Pathologists, South Africa (FCP(SA)).
His research interests focus on Nephrology, Renal Diseases, and Clinical Pathology, with an emphasis on advancing kidney health care in clinical settings. As Academic Head of Division, he leads academic and clinical initiatives in nephrology at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital.
