Małgorzata Nowacka

Małgorzata Nowacka is a scientific and teaching employee at the Department of Food Engineering and Production Organization, Faculty of Food Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). She has extensive experience in food safety, including a long-term role at the Provincial Sanitary-Epidemiological Station in Warsaw and collaboration with the FAO/WHO Codex Committee's Contact Point in the Main Inspectorate of Food Quality. She participated in a two-month internship at Stanford University (USA) under the Top 500 Innovators program and conducted research at NASA Synthetic Biology (California, USA).

Her research focuses on food safety, materials/products intended for contact with food, food production facility design, new food product development, and unconventional food processing methods. She has authored or co-authored approximately 90 publications and serves as a scientific reviewer.
