Maximilian Sailer

Professor Maximilian Sailer holds the Chair of Educational Science at the University of Passau within the Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences since December 2019. Previously, he served as an Academic Councillor at the Chair of Education with a focus on adult and continuing education at the University of Augsburg from 2009 to 2019, and held interim professorships at LMU Munich and the University of Passau. He completed his doctorate at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and habilitated in 2009 on 'Job profiles and the academic labour market - job advertisement analysis as a method of education and qualification research'.
