Maximilian Prachar

Maximilian Prachar M.Sc. is a researcher at the Institute of Bioprocess Science and Engineering within the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU).

His research focuses on bioprocess engineering with emphasis on fermentation technology, biochemical processes, bioreactor systems, and downstream processing techniques. These areas are critical for developing efficient biotechnological solutions in food production, pharmaceutical applications, and sustainable bio-based product development.
