Professor Maxim Fomin is a leading academic at Ulster University's School of Arts & Humanities, holding the Professorship in Celtic Studies, Digital Humanities & Irish Folklore since 2024. His career spans roles from Assistant Editor of the eDIL project (2003-2007) to Reader (2017-2024) and Research Director for Modern Languages and Linguistics (2017-2023).
