Maxim Dulebenets is an Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. His research focuses on operations research, optimization, transportation engineering, and sustainability. Dr. Dulebenets holds degrees from the University of Memphis and Moscow State University of Railroad Engineering.
