Dr. Max Z. Margulies is an Associate Professor of War Studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he taught courses on international affairs and contributed to the Department of Social Sciences. He previously held the position of Chief Research Officer for the Modern War Institute and served as Executive Director of the Rupert H. Johnson Grand Strategy Program.
