Dr. Max Torres is an Associate Professor at the Busch School of Business, Catholic University of America. His research focuses on ethical decision-making, virtue ethics, and Catholic Social Doctrine, emphasizing the interplay between managerial decisions, personal character, and organizational culture. He has held academic appointments at institutions including IESE Business School, Tuck School of Business, and CEIBS in Shanghai. Previously, he worked in financial services, holding leadership roles at Dean Witter Reynolds and Merrill Lynch.
