معرفی
Max A.J.M. Beving is a University Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), affiliated with the Group Kuerten. His research focuses on thermochemical energy storage systems, particularly involving K2CO3 cycles, salt hydrates, and sorption processes. He specializes in modeling hydration reactions and crack formation mechanisms in energy storage materials. Beving teaches courses including Energy Storage and Transport, Engineering Design, and Sustainable Energy Sources.
His research contributions include experimental validation of hydration processes, analysis of crack formation effects in energy storage materials, and investigations into household-scale sorption systems using Zeolite 13X. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to affordable and clean energy.
Beving has supervised 16 academic works, including a notable master’s thesis on geothermal reservoir analysis. He collaborates internationally and has authored/co-authored four peer-reviewed publications between 2018–2022, accumulating over 125 citations. His research emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches in thermal and electrochemical energy systems.
