Mauro Michele

Mauro Michele is an Associate Professor of Tax Law at the Department of Law, Economics and Sociology (DiGES), Università della Calabria. He teaches Tax Law across multiple programs including Jurisprudence (LMG), Business Administration and Management (EAM), Investigation Sciences (SI), and Organization of Public and Private Administrations (OAPP). His research focuses on Tax Law, bankruptcy procedures, fiscal responsibility, tax fraud, and environmental taxation. He has authored monographs and numerous articles on topics such as tax liability of consultants, bankruptcy-related tax issues, and the role of taxation in public health during crises.

Recent publications include monographs like 'The Tax Liability of the Consultant' (2023) and articles on tax compliance in sports organizations, legal accountability of consultants in tax crimes, and environmental taxation principles. His work bridges tax law with socio-economic contexts, particularly in crisis management and corporate governance.
