Maura Sharkey-Pryma is a Sessional Instructor in Music Theatre Performance at MacEwan University's Department of Theatre. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in voice training for musical theatre, combining traditional and contemporary pedagogical approaches. She developed the innovative 'Learn English Through Singing' (LETS) course.
Her expertise includes vocal technique, breathing mechanics, voice physiology, and audition preparation. She holds certifications from The Boston Conservatory Vocal Pedagogy Workshop and Level 3 Somatic Voicework™ training.
