Matthias Zschornak

Dr. Matthias Zschornak is affiliated with the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg in Germany. He was awarded the Ninth Erwin Felix Lewy Bertaut Prize by the European Crystallographic Association (ECA) and European Neutron Scattering Association (ENSA) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to resonant X-ray diffraction, structural studies of perovskites, and electronic calculations elucidating material properties. This award was presented at the 31st European Crystallographic Meeting in Oviedo, Spain, in 2018.
