Matthias Zink

Dr. Matthias Zink is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Computational Hydrosystems (Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ, Leipzig, Germany). His work focuses on enhancing the mHM hydrological model for improved water flux estimation, with particular emphasis on hydrological extremes, parametric uncertainty, and data assimilation techniques for integrating satellite-derived soil moisture and streamflow data.
