Dr. Matthias Weiß is a biology and mathematics teacher at Rabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium in Mainz since 2002, while maintaining active involvement in academic research and teacher education. He holds a doctorate from the Biology Didactics Group at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (external doctoral student since 2011), focusing on evolutionary biology education.
