Matthew Titolo is a Professor at the West Virginia University College of Law. He holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley and a Ph.D. in English Literature from UCLA, and is completing a Ph.D. in History at WVU. His research focuses on 19th-century American legal history, privatization of public services, and infrastructure contracts. He teaches courses including American Legal History, Contracts, and Commercial Law.
