Dr. Matthew Snelson is a Research Fellow at Monash University's Hypertension Research Laboratory, focusing on diet's role in disease via gut microbiota modulation. He completed his PhD at Monash University in 2019, investigating processed diets and diabetic kidney disease. His current work explores diet, intestinal permeability, and hypertension.
