Matthew Schwab

Matthew Schwab is a researcher at the Helmholtz-Institut Jena, affiliated with Friedrich Schiller University Jena. His work focuses on advanced photon science, including relativistic laser plasma interactions, quantum field theory at extreme intensities, and high-intensity laser physics. He is involved in experimental facilities such as the POLARIS Laser and CRYRING@ESR, with a strong emphasis on X-ray science and relativistic quantum dynamics.
