Matthew Otten

Matthew Otten is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He leads the Otten Group, which aims to develop scalable quantum algorithms, error mitigation techniques, and resource estimation frameworks for utility-scale quantum applications.
