Matthew H.G. Katz serves as Professor and Chair of the Department of Surgical Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, holding the Lockton Distinguished Chair in Pancreatic Cancer Research. An internationally recognized leader in pancreatic and periampullary malignancies treatment, he directs the gastrointestinal cancer program with a focus on surgical innovation and clinical trial leadership.
