Matthew Currell is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University's School of Engineering. His expertise lies in hydrogeology and geochemistry, with a focus on groundwater sustainability, environmental management in arid regions, and contaminant fate/transport. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed articles and edited a book, while serving on editorial boards like the Hydrogeology Journal. Currently, he coordinates courses (CIVE1184, CIVE1122) and manages the Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental Engineering) program.
