Matthew Bertin

Matthew Bertin is the Gilles and Malvina Klopman Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Case Western Reserve University. His research focuses on medicinal chemistry, natural products, and chemical ecology, with a strong emphasis on mass spectrometry and analytical techniques. He leads the Bertin Lab, located in Millis 225C, which investigates cyanobacterial blooms, algal toxins, and marine microbial metabolites.
