Matthew Archibald

Matthew Archibald, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Chair of the Department of Sociology at Mount Saint Vincent University. He serves as director of the UMSV Center for University Research and advises the department’s public policy major. His expertise lies in medical sociology, focusing on U.S. healthcare system disparities and behavioral healthcare networks. Archibald holds a PhD from the University of Washington and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
