Mattheos Xenakis

Mattheos Xenakis is a Teaching Professor in Projects and Operations Management at the School of Business & Management, University of Central Lancashire Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus). He holds a Master of Science in Computer Aided Engineering from Staffordshire Polytechnic (1990) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Liverpool Polytechnic (1986). His expertise spans Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Project Management, and Operations Management.

He has presented at the Supply Chain & Logistics Conference in Nicosia, Cyprus (2019), and the 1st KYFEAS Conference (2020). His professional roles include Logistics Manager at A.MINTIKKIS FARM LTD (Cyprus, 2011–present), Senior Consultant at PLANNING S.A. (Greece, 2008–2011), and leadership positions in logistics and supply chain across Europe.

His notable projects include implementing systems like PRISM (Marcam) and Warehouse Mgt (Mantis), optimizing supply chains using Just-in-Time principles, and advising on logistics restructuring. He is a member of the Technical Chamber in Greece and KYFEAS (Cyprus Supply Chain and Operations).
