Mathias Braun

Mathias Braun is a Lecturer at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), affiliated with the School of Basic Sciences and the Department of Mathematics. His research focuses on optimal transport, nonsmooth Lorentzian geometry, and applications to mathematical general relativity and partial differential equations. He has held prestigious positions including a Bernoulli Instructor fellowship and a Fields Postdoctoral Fellowship.
