Mateusz Radajewski

Dr. Mateusz Radajewski is a Lecturer at the Institute of Law, Faculty of Law and Social Communication of SWPS University in Wrocław. He specializes in constitutional law and human rights, with scholarly work addressing the legal liability of top state officials, the functioning of the judiciary, relations between state bodies, and the organization of the Constitutional Tribunal.

His teaching portfolio includes constitutional law, human rights, international law, the origins of legal institutions, and Latin legal terminology. He has contributed to numerous scholarly publications in constitutional law and has gained practical experience through internships at the Office of the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland and the Chancellery of the Senate of the Republic of Poland.

He currently serves as Vice-Dean for Teaching at his faculty and has held roles such as Provincial Inspector for Local Government Supervision in 2013-2014. His research emphasizes theoretical and practical aspects of legal communication and the intersection of law with social systems.
