Mateusz Piechnat

Mateusz Piechnat is a pianist and academic educator born in Łódź in 1984. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the Academy of Music in Łódź, where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Instrumental Performance. His professional affiliations include the Karol Kurpiński State School of Music in Kutno and collaborations with institutions like the Stanisław Moniuszko Complex of Musical Schools and the Musical Theatre in Łódź. He specializes in Russian music from the turn of the 20th century and has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician.
