Matea Mijatović is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business (EFRI) of the University of Rijeka. She specializes in strategic management, leadership, and quality management systems. Her teaching portfolio includes undergraduate courses on Management Foundations, International Virtual Teams, and Strategic Management, as well as postgraduate programs in Quality Management. Dr. Mijatović holds a Master of Economics (MEcon) and actively contributes to academic research focusing on innovation adoption, organizational behavior, and Industry 4.0 implementation strategies.
Her research integrates practical frameworks from strategic management with contemporary challenges in digital transformation and lean practices. She maintains office hours every Friday from 9 AM to 11 AM in Office 57/III and can be contacted via matea.mijatovic@efri.uniri.hr.
