Prof. Massimo Fotino is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Law, Economics and Sociology (DiGES) of the University of Calabria, specializing in 'Labor Market and Social Project Management.' He holds a Sociology degree from the University of Trento and is a professional journalist with extensive experience in public and private sectors. His career includes roles as PR Director at Trento Employment Agency (1986–1991) and labor policy expert at the Lazio Employment Agency (until 1995). He has collaborated with major EU and OECD organizations, focusing on training, local development, and youth policies.
