Masoud Kaveh is an Associate Professor in the Physics Department at James Madison University (JMU), where he has been since 2016. His work focuses on experimental condensed matter physics, particularly in nano/microscale dynamics of charge carriers in semiconductor nanostructures.

His goal is to advance plasmonic heterostructures for low-loss waveguides and energy storage technologies.
