Mascha Hoogeveen is an Assistant Professor at Tilburg Law School, affiliated with the Department of Tax Law and the Fiscal Institute Tilburg (FIT). Her work focuses on tax law, particularly inheritance tax, family business succession, and corporate taxation. She coordinates courses on taxation of private individuals and family business succession, and supervises bachelor's and master's theses.
Research interests include inheritance tax business relief, fiscal policy for family enterprises, and legal frameworks for business succession. She has contributed to studies on Dutch family businesses' tax facilities and regulatory adjustments for business succession.
