María Isabel Durán Salado is an Associate Professor in the Sociology Department at Pablo de Olavide University and a Faculty Member at the Andalusian Institute of Historical Heritage (IAPH), where she works in the Cultural Landscape Laboratory. Her academic career spans over two decades with significant contributions to cultural landscape studies and heritage management.
Dr. Durán Salado holds a PhD in Social Anthropology and a Master's degree in Architecture and Historical Heritage, both from the University of Seville.
