María Inmaculada López Ortiz

María Inmaculada López Ortiz is a Professor of Economic History and Institutions at the University of Alicante, Spain. Previously, she held academic positions at the University of Murcia and served as a visiting professor at the University of Padova (Italy) and Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (Argentina). Her work focuses on the intersection of economic history, water policy, and agri-food systems.
