Dr. hab. Marzena Lipska-Toumi is a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL). She completed her habilitation proceedings in 2015, which were initiated in 2014. Her academic work is affiliated with Polish legal scholarship and European comparative law frameworks.
