Mary Nikolaidou is a Teaching Fellow in Psychology at Bath Spa University's School of Sciences, specializing in addiction research and experimental psychology. She holds a PhD from the University of Bath, an MSc from the University of Liverpool, and an MA from the University of Dundee, complemented by an Associate Fellowship in Higher Education (AFHEA).
