Mary Jo Zembar is a Professor of Psychology at Wittenberg University, specializing in developmental psychology. She teaches courses in child development, psychology of adolescence, adult development and aging, and developmental psychopathology.
Her research examines memory strategy development in children, effects of depression on memory, sibling support systems, predictors of school failure, and family dynamics in at-risk youth. She also consults with schools on research design.
