Martina Trajkovska

Martina Trajkovska is a Lecturer and Demonstrator at the Institute of Pedagogy, Faculty of Philosophy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She holds a graduate degree in Pedagogy (2020) and has been involved in postgraduate studies since 2020/2021. She also teaches at the primary school “Vera Ciriviri-Trena” in Skopje. Her work focuses on educational policies, violence prevention in schools, and online teaching methodologies.

Her research interests include school safety frameworks, interactive models for conflict resolution, and digital pedagogy. She co-authored an article on improving online teaching strategies (Internal Passenger, 2021). She has collaborated on projects addressing violence prevention in schools, supported by municipal and university initiatives.

As a volunteer and project assistant, she contributed to national cultural initiatives like “Awareness of Its Valandovo” (2019–2020) and co-developed educational programs for cultural awareness in youth. Her work bridges pedagogical theory with practical interventions in community and classroom settings.
