Martin van den Bent

Prof. Martin van den Bent is a Professor of Neuro-Oncology at Erasmus University Rotterdam since 2006. He leads the Neuro-Oncology Unit at Erasmus MC Cancer Center and has held key roles in organizations like the EORTC Brain Tumor Group and the European Association of NeuroOncology (EANO). His expertise spans clinical trials, molecular biology of brain tumors, and glioma research. He has organized major conferences, including the EORTC-EANO-ESMO Trends in CNS Malignancies and the 2023 EANO Congress.
