Dr. Martin Ziegler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at Utrecht University, specializing in Paleoclimate and Clumped Isotope Geochemistry. He leads the carbonate clumped isotope lab, focusing on reconstructing Earth's past temperatures through geochemical analyses of marine and terrestrial archives.

Research Interests: Clumped isotope geochemistry, stable isotopes, paleoceanography, and climate change.
