doc. Ing. Martin Rovňák, PhD. is an Associate Professor and Vice-Dean for Professional Placements, Graduate Employability, Quality Assurance and Development at the University of Prešov's Faculty of Management and Business. He leads the Department of Environmental Economy and Management. His roles include academic leadership, teaching, and research in environmental and energy management.
Education:

- 2008: PhD in Environmental Information Systems using GIS elements (Technical University of Košice)
- 2001: Engineer in Mechanical Engineering (Technical University in Košice)
