Martin P. Paulus is a Professor at the Oxley College of Neuroscience, University of Tulsa, and serves as Scientific Director and President of the Laureate Institute for Brain Research (LIBR) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a clinician-researcher with a career dedicated to understanding mental health and brain science through advanced imaging techniques.

His research focuses on the neural mechanisms underlying mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders, utilizing functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to identify novel treatment targets and prognostic biomarkers.
