Martin Holt

Martin Holt is an Assistant Professor at Marshall B. Ketchum University’s School of Physician Assistant Studies (SPAS). He is affiliated with multiple Ketchum Health locations in Fullerton, Anaheim, and Los Angeles, California. His roles include instructing PA students in didactic training and precepting in clinical settings.

Education: BS in Health Science (Excelsior College), Certificate of Clinical Proficiency (Stanford University PA Program), and MSIDT in Instructional Design and Technology (Cal State Fullerton). Certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).

Research and clinical interests focus on physician assistant education, community medicine, emergency care, women’s health, and applying instructional design in healthcare education. He has over 25 years of clinical experience, primarily at federally qualified health centers serving underserved populations.

A member of professional organizations including AAPA, CAPA, and PAEA. Teaches and mentors PA students while maintaining clinical practice in urgent care and emergency medicine contexts.
