Martin Heintzelman serves as Department Chair and Professor at the Department of Applied Economics & Statistics within the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources at the University of Delaware. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics (2006), M.A. in Economics (2003), M.S. in Natural Resource Policy and Behavior (2010), and B.S. in Economics (1998) from Duke University.

He contributes to the Center for Experimental and Applied Economics and teaches courses like APEC 429 - Community Economic Development. His work combines empirical analysis with policy evaluation in environmental and resource economics domains.
