Martin Garcia-Ripoll Montijano is a Professor in the Civil Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de Murcia. His academic career includes a doctoral degree awarded by the same institution in 1990, with a thesis titled La protección civil del enfermo mental no incapacitado, supervised by Dr. Juan Roca Juan.
Research Interests: Specializes in civil law frameworks surrounding legal protections for non-incapacitated mentally ill patients, disability rights, and human rights within legal systems. Engaged with the Civil Law Research Group and previously contributed to the Grupo de Investigacion de Derecho Civil.
