معرفی
Martin Ek Rosén is a Senior Lecturer at Lund University's Faculty of Engineering (LTH) and Principal Investigator at the Centre for Analysis and Synthesis. His affiliations include membership in NanoLund: Centre for Nanoscience, LTH Profile Area: Aerosols, LTH Profile Area: Nanoscience and Semiconductor Technology, and LU Profile Area: Light and Materials.
His research focuses on surface chemical processes in catalysis and combustion, investigating the connection between surface structure/composition and reactivity using in situ transmission electron microscopy at atomic resolution. Key projects include carbon dioxide methanisation, oxidation of soot from biomass gasification, and developing sustainable alternatives to fossil raw materials.
Honors:
- Fabian Gyllenbergs pris (2014)
Research Leadership: Actively leads multiple projects including:
- Understanding microstructure in high-temperature tooling reactions (2025-2029)
- BulkBonding: Gas Actuated Joints (2024-2028)
- UGAF: Gas Assisted Bonding development (2022-2025)
He supervises PhD students and postdocs at the Centre for Analysis and Synthesis, focusing on advanced materials characterization techniques.
