Martin E. Bright

Martin E. Bright is a Professor of Psychology and Sociology at Glendale Community College (GCC). With academic expertise in counseling psychology and sociology, he teaches courses such as Foundations of Sociology, Sociology of Deviant Behavior, Gerontology, Courtship and Marriage, Introduction to Social Work, and Social Psychology.

• Education: Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University of Sarasota, M.A. in Counseling from Edinboro University, and B.A. in Sociology from Thiel College.
• Professional Experience: Counselor in Mental Health and Rehabilitation settings.
• Research Interests: Broadly span Psychology and Sociology, with specific focus on Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Gerontology, and human behavioral patterns in societal contexts.
