Dr. Martha Kaeser is the Dean of the College of Chiropractic at the University of Western States (Portland campus), where she leads pre-clinical education initiatives. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University (2008) and holds a master's in adult education from Antioch University (1997).

Dr. Kaeser has presented at national conferences and conducted studies on topics ranging from tobacco cessation counseling in chiropractic training to rare spinal pathologies. Her 2022 publication explored opportunities for celebrating chiropractic education, while earlier works examined diagnostic challenges in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
