Martha Caziero is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Tax Law within Tilburg Law School, Tilburg University. Her research focuses on EU taxation policy, international tax law, and legal frameworks governing tax sovereignty. She teaches courses in Green Taxation, Business Taxation, and Taxation and Sustainable Development.
Her recent publications explore the legal foundations of EU tax powers, fiscal federalism, and the balance between EU harmonization and national tax sovereignty. Key works include analyses of the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive and diverted profits taxes under OECD conventions.
